Step 1:

Remove lens housing

Step 2:

Place a drop of first morning saliva on the lens and let dry completely (2-5 minutes).

Step 2:

Replace the lens housing into the tube, press the light button on the bottom and look at the results.

If you see dots but no fern-like structure, you are not ovulating. It is highly unlikely that you may become pregnant.
